We want you to feel confident in every purchase you make at Dazzoro. If you are not completely satisfied, our return policy allows for returns within 30 days of receiving your item.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be in their original condition—unworn, unused, with all tags intact, and in their original packaging.
- Proof of purchase, such as a receipt, is required.

Damages and Issues
We take great care to ensure the quality of our products. If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us immediately at info@dazzoro.com so we can resolve the issue promptly.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including:
- Custom or personalized products
- Sale items
- Gift cards

Exchanges
For exchanges, we recommend returning the item as per the return process above. Once the return is approved, you can place a new order for the desired item.
European Union 30-Day Cooling-Off Period
For orders shipped to the European Union, you are entitled to cancel or return your order within 30 days for any reason. Items must meet the same return eligibility criteria as listed above.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card company.
